  1. I suppose you could leave a small void near the side that you wanted to favor. Not sure how much that would weight the odds, but it should alter them at least a little.

  2. Actually most things made with 3d printers are mostly hollow.
    It saves on the cost of supplies, and usually isn’t that important.
    100% infill would be solid, 20% to 50% is more common.
    That said, it would be easy to make most of a die hollow and be solid along one face. It would also be very easy to test to find out that it was loaded.
